Hello Everybody

Hi there to everyone in internet land!
My name is Olwen, I'm a passionate baker and I want to share my cakes with all of you and hope that they make you drool :D

I always loved baking when i was younger, mixing up the ingredients,the smells coming from the oven,unfortunately back in those days I didn't realise I actually needed to time my baked goods and they usually ended up black unless my mum came to their rescue!
As time went by,I grew up and had a bit more sense.I started baking lots when I was living up in Northern Ireland. First it was an escape from reality, stressful days and annoying bitchy people, then it became a hobby. Trying and testing out new recipes was so exciting!The smells were most delicious and don't even get me started on the tastes yum yum yum!
Anyways I moved back home and decided to keep up the baking as it was one of the things in life that makes me truly super happy.Word got around and people started asking me to bake for them. Finally a chance to show them what I could do.So far the feedback has been terrific!Much love from all my clients. So over the next while I'll be fixing up and adding photos to my blog.Hope you like what you see and leave a comment if you fancy
